Therapy Questions With Leah
Making Therapy Accessible One Question At A Time
Leah Cram, LCSW

Hi, I’m Leah Cram—a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor in Nevada, writer, and educational consultant. I’ve worked in behavioral health for 11 years and as a psychotherapist for more than 8.
Over that time, I’ve noticed that one thing that can make therapy difficult to access is the stigma around uncomfortable emotions—and the questions we sometimes feel embarrassed to ask. Therapy Questions with Leah is a place to ask those questions: the difficult ones, the awkward ones, and even the ones you’re not sure you’re “supposed” to ask.
I’ll take your questions and turn them into short, approachable articles about therapy, mental health, and the therapist-client relationship. My goal is to make therapy feel a little less intimidating, reduce stigma, and help create a more open and comfortable connection between clients and therapists.
